Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for payments made on Skar Proto. By making a payment you agree to the terms below.
Cancellations
- Courses & events: You may request a cancellation before the course or event begins. Once a live session or course has started, it is treated as consumed and is generally non-cancellable.
- Promotion campaigns: A campaign may be cancelled before it goes live. Once a campaign is active and impressions have been delivered, the delivered portion is non-cancellable.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction.
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of approval. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
- If a payment is debited but the order fails or is not confirmed, the amount is auto-reversed by the payment gateway, usually within 5–7 business days.
- For peer-to-peer course and event payments, refunds are subject to confirmation by the receiving teacher or organiser, since the funds are transferred to them.
How to Request a Refund
Email skarproto@gmail.com with your registered user ID, the payment reference (Ref) shown on your receipt, and the reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Services already delivered or consumed (completed sessions, delivered ad impressions).
- Transactions flagged as fraudulent or in violation of our Terms of Service.
